If you have other questions or comments, please send e-mail to info@hospicenet.org You can find nearby hospices in the yellow pages or go to Google Maps, http://maps.google.com and enter "Your zip code hospice" without the quotation marks in the upper left-hand corner of the page. Click on "Search Maps" and you will see the locations of community hospices. Some of the facilities listed may be home health care or other services but all of the area hospices will be somewhere in the list with contact numbers.
